Rigid bodies are harder than I thought, mostly because the timestep existed in computers.

Anyways I’ve been thinking about research a bit on facial expression animation and to decide whether I could try it on final project. I feel most games could have very good character pose animations and particles, but I found few has good animation on facial expressions. Yet I think such animation is crucial to the narrative part of a game.

My current idea is whether I could interpolate among some “basis” of facial animations (maybe retrieved from mocap), to generate more of them and can express some subtle emotions. So that we could use them in different scenes.
